They are some of the great questions of our time. What is the nature of dark matter? Are there alien life forms? Is there life after death? A heaven or a hell? Is there a God? And finally, do blondes have more fun?
Tomorrow, some of France's leading academics will meet at the Sorbonne university in Paris to try to answer the latter question. Experts in art, music, film and literature will assemble at one of the world's most famous educational establishments for a two-day conference entitled Gentleman Prefer Blondes. Whether they do or not will be debated, as will such probing questions as: is it easier to get a blonde into bed? Are the fair of hair really as stupid as they seem?
